If you are not completely happy with any items from your order you may return them to us within 14 days from delivery (subject to the conditions below) for a store credit only. The credit will be applied to your account and does not expire. Please note your return must be delivered to us within this time. Returns received beyond this period will not be accepted unless agreed otherwise.


To avoid disappointment we do not accept exchanges.  We advise that you place a new order for any items you wish to exchange and request a refund for your return, as the items you want may sell out in the time it takes for us to receive your return. We are not able to hold items and cannot guarantee their availability prior to receiving your return.


Items must be in brand new condition and show no signs of wear with all original packaging, garment tags and labels still attached. Items returned without their tags and labels will not be accepted.

We do not accept items that have been damaged by wear and tear, altered or washed incorrectly (please check washing instructions on hats before handling). When trying items on, please be sure they do not come in contact with perfumes, sprays, creams or other chemicals.


If you have purchased a hat and pom combination from the build your own and are not completely happy with either the hat or the pom you may return either of them.  Please keep the product you are happy with and request a return authorization for the product you wish to return.  You will have to place a new order for the product you wish to replace.   

Please note that if the item you wish to replace is under $149 CAD you will be required to pay for shipping.  


Follow these steps if you wish to make a return:

  • Email us at [email protected] with the  subject line: RETURN AUTHORIZATION
  • Please include the following information:
    - Full Name, Phone Number, Address, Order Number and items you would like to return.
  • Once we receive this email, we will reply with a Return Authorization number (RA#)
    - This RA# is required for packages being returned by mail.
    - No package will be processed without an RA#.
  • Make sure item(s) are securely packaged.
  • Make sure that there are no other shipping or tracking labels attached to your package.
  • Use a trackable and insured shipping method through Canada Post, USPS or your local postal service provider. We do not accept COD packages.
  • Include your Return Authorization number (RA#) on the return label and inside the box. Mail your package to: Lindo F, 137 Line 9 S, Oro-Medonte, ON, L0L 1T0 Canada.


  • You are responsible for the cost of returning your items. This cost is non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen while in transit.
  • We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item
  • We strongly recommend that you save your return tracking number until you have been notified that we have completed your refund.
  • We are not responsible for any additional charges/customs upon return. The amount charged will be deducted from the refundable amount. 
  • Any items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.


As soon as your return is processed and approved, your store credit will be issued. It may take up to 5 business days for our warehouse to process your return after it has arrived. All item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

If you have not received a confirmation email regarding your return, we recommend that you trace the return label on the couriers website.

If you have received a confirmation email regarding your return, your store credit will be issued shortly. It will take 3-5 business days for your store credit to appear on your account.



All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.  Promotions and promotional merchandise are also FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.  Exchange or refund requests on sale or promotional merchandise will not be accepted

Notwithstanding the aforementioned policy, LINDOF.COM reserves the right to make any final decision in case of refund requests based on unique and/or extraordinary circumstances that might arise from objective difficulties during the return process. LINDOF.COM also reserves the right to make the final decision in lieu of the returns policy and/or to charge an additional restocking and processing fee might additionally be applied for.
